About this event
Expected dates. The Northeast and Yilan Coast National Scenic Area lists the 2026 festival from 29 May to 26 October at Fulong Beach, the event's 19th year, so a similar late May to late October season is expected in 2027. Sculptors from Taiwan and overseas create dozens of large works on the beach's fine golden sand, with a new curatorial theme each year. The surrounding series adds themed parties, markets, water activities and cycling tours through the summer months. Entry to the beach and exhibition is ticketed.
