Hualien County's press release for the 2026 edition dates the market from 11 to 15 February 2026 on Sunrise Boulevard, the five days ending the day before Lunar New Year's Eve. Repeating that position against the 5 February 2027 eve gives 31 January to 4 February 2027. Stalls sell New Year food, decorations and local produce. The county had not published the 2027 edition at verification time.
