About this event
Hualien's county tourism site states the countdown party is held on 31 December every year at the sixth redevelopment zone of the Dongdamen Night Market. The 2026-27 edition is therefore expected on 31 December 2026, following that fixed annual pattern. The night mixes pop concerts with the night market's food stalls and a midnight countdown. Entry is free.
