Dates for the 2027 edition are not yet announced. The festival is listed at national level in the Tourism Administration 2026 to 2027 Taiwan Tourism Biennial Calendar. Recent editions have run for about a month from late September to late October, placing site specific artworks around Zhengbin Fishing Port, the old harbour warehouses and the Zhengbin colourful houses row. The window shown here follows that late September start pattern. Installations are outdoors and free to view.
