About this event
The Meishan 36 Bends Cycling Challenge is a 72 km self-challenge ride held on Sunday 21 February 2027 under the guidance of the Chiayi County Government. Riders start at 06:00 from the Meishan Park parking area and climb County Road 162A through its 36 numbered hairpin bends to the Taiping Sky Bridge visitor centre. The route then returns through Zhuqi and Dalin to finish in Meishan, with a six-hour time limit. Fields are capped at 1,200 riders per group, and entry fees start at NT$1,250 for the challenge group.
