About this event
Expected dates. Taipei's Department of Cultural Affairs lists the 2026 edition from 30 June to 6 August, so a similar late June to early August run is expected in 2027. The festival is a fixture of the school summer holiday, aimed at introducing children to the performing arts. Programmes range from free outdoor and community performances to ticketed theatre productions. The Taipei Performing Arts Center in Shilin is the main hub.
