About this event
Expected dates. The Tourism Administration lists the 2026 exhibition from 31 July to 3 August, and the show has settled into a four day slot at the turn of July to August, so similar dates are expected in 2027. Exhibitors range from hotel restaurant groups and famous chefs to farmers and regional specialty producers from across Taiwan. Cooking competitions and live demonstrations run through each day. Entry is ticketed, with ticket details announced by the organiser each year.
