About this event
The Tourism Administration's official events calendar lists the Taiwan International Bird Watching Marathon from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027 in the Yunjianan coastal area. Teams and solo birders log species across the lagoons and wetlands of Yunlin, Chiayi and Tainan through the wintering season. Beimen and the Qigu lagoons are the best known bases for the event.
