About this event
Expected dates. Taoyuan's city lantern festival links the Hutoushan Innovation Park, the Nankan Creek waterfront and Sanmin Sports Park with light installations and nightly stage shows. The 2026 edition ran from 25 February to 8 March, opening the week before Lantern Festival and closing the Sunday after. The 2027 window applies the same offset to the 2027 Lantern Festival on 20 February. Taoyuan City Government announces the confirmed theme and programme in the new year.
