About this event
The Yilan Dongshan River Ultramarathon is staged by the Chinese Taipei Association of Ultrarunners (CTAU) on the Dongshan River in Wujie Township, Yilan County. The 2026 edition runs from Friday 20 November into Saturday 21 November 2026, based at the Dongshan River Water Park. Racing begins in the evening and continues overnight on the flat riverside roads of the Lanyang Plain. The event is one of Taiwan's established road ultramarathons and draws the country's dedicated ultra-distance field.
