About this event
Expected dates. The Tourism Administration describes the Hakka Tung Blossom Festival as a March to June season with its main flowering in April and May, and Nantou's 2026 Hakka carnival opened on 18 April 2026 with blossom events across Guoxing, Zhongliao, Nantou City and Shuili. The 2027 Nantou season is expected to run through April and May on the same pattern. Individual town events are announced closer to the bloom.
