About this event
The Tainan City Cultural Affairs Bureau's official page on the Koxinga Shrine states that the memorial ceremony for Zheng Chenggong is held every year on 29 April, the date of his landing in Taiwan in 1661, ratified by the Executive Yuan in 1963. The 2027 ceremony therefore falls on 29 April 2027 at the shrine in Tainan's West Central District. Delegations from Taiwan and Japan traditionally attend.
