About this event
Changhua County Government's 2026 Marathon Carnival programme closes with the fourth Puyan Shunze Temple Champion Run on 19 December 2026, and the national calendar lists the race on Saturday 19 December at Shunze Temple in Puyan. The temple became famous when a visiting athlete won an international triathlon wearing its cap, and the run celebrates that story. It is a road run rather than a full marathon, with the temple fair at its heart.
