About this event
Expected dates. The East Coast National Scenic Area states that the festival takes place between June and November every year, with the Moonlit Sea Concert series running from June to September, so the 2027 concert season is expected across that summer window. The festival began in 2016 and the concerts in 2017, staged with the ground as seats, the sky as canopy and the sea as the curtain. Resident artists from Taiwan and overseas create works at scenic spots along the coast, and concert nights add a handicraft market. Most programming is free, with some workshops and tours paid.
