About this event
The Dragon Tiger Phoenix Trail returns for its ninth edition on 9 and 10 January 2027 in Nanzhuang Township, Miaoli County. Courses cross the Mount Jiali ridge system and link the peaks that give the race its dragon, tiger and phoenix name. Distances run from 5K up to a 100K ultra with about 7,750 metres of climbing and a 36-hour limit, with 74K, 43K, 26K and 16K options in between. The races are ITRA certified and carry UTMB Index status, and the weekend is a fixture of Taiwan's winter trail calendar.
