About this event
Dates for 2027 have not yet been announced. Miaoli County's Culture and Tourism Bureau lists a Red Dates Festival in Gongguan each July, and says the county government, the local farmers association and leisure businesses cooperate during July and August, the harvest season, on a Red Date Cultural Tourism Festival with local tourism, farmers markets and art exhibitions. The bureau describes Gongguan red dates as a specialty found nowhere else in Taiwan, which makes the harvest season a distinctive summer food trip.
