About this event
Kinmen County's tourism calendar dates the 2026 edition from 1 March to 26 April 2026, across the spring harvest when oysters grown on granite beds in the intertidal zone are at their best. The 2027 dates repeat that calendar span, 1 March to 26 April 2027. Festival programming mixes oyster shucking experiences, farm visits and seafood stalls. The county had not published the 2027 edition at verification time.
