About this event
The Penghu Cross-Sea Marathon is an AIMS and IAAF certified point-to-point race that strings together Penghu's islands and cross-sea bridges, a course no other Taiwan marathon can copy. The Tourism Administration lists the 2026 edition on Sunday 1 November 2026 in its November events calendar. Runners cross from the outer islands back to the finish in Magong, with the sea on both sides for long stretches. It is the headline race of Penghu's autumn shoulder season.
