About this event
Penghu County's page for the 2026 edition records the 11th Lunar New Year flower sea opening on 24 January 2026 and running through 3 March, Lantern Festival day, with some 200,000 petunias over 1.8 hectares at the Penghu Recreation Area plus a creative market. The 2027 dates mirror that offset, opening 24 days before Lunar New Year on 13 January 2027 and closing on Lantern Festival, 20 February 2027. The county had not published the 2027 edition at verification time. Entry is free.
